That promise came in the form of a law passed in 2007. Three teenagers suffered serious injuries yesterday in Paradise Hills after being involved in a police chase, according to a CBS 8 report. The teenagers were reportedly driving a stolen vehicle, with police in pursuit, when they ran a red light and crashed into an SUV.
